Everything was born and thanks to our mother. Our love for cooking was born thanks to our mother. Our first restaurant was born in Southern Italy. Everything is done as our mother cooks at home. The name and shape different from the classic pizza comes from our mother “Madre” at home before 2013. The difference is that this pizza is crunchy on the outside soft inside with high digestibility. Our mother has always used fresh products, we do not have the freezer. The name Pinzeria, registered by our family, was created to create curiosity in customers. The name, the curiosity, the ingredients of the highest quality have allowed us to open a second restaurant in Greenwich London and a third in northern Italy. My mother personally thanks all the customers who come to our restaurants to eat Italian products from southern Italy.
